I built and ran Crystal Lotus Glass Studios for eight years, between 1997 and 2005. It was a time where only factories and one other hot shop operated in Ireland. I scratched out an existence developing into a lighting business in teh early 2000’s. Finally, I found security through teaching glass blowing and how to build studio equipment before shutting the doors in 2005 and moving to Vermont for seven years. These are some of my work from that era.
